Oasis 13 is a ground floor, single-level, two-bedroom property, a popular holiday choice for the elderly and families with small children.

The single level allows peace-of-mind for a child-friendly environment.
Oasis 13 accommodates up to six guests and one infant quite comfortably.
The spacious open- plan living areas boast stylish white furnishings. Air-conditioning/ ceiling fans throughout including the bedrooms, offer total comfort.

The kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances including, an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, complete with breakfast bar with stools.
Cutlery and cookware and storage containers, plastic cups, plates and cutlery for kids are all there on hand.

You can admire the magical views from your indoor six-seater dining setting, or from the very spacious, louvered indoor/outdoor balcony.

This balcony area has a 6 seater outdoor setting and bbq, ideal for alfresco dining.
The balcony is also very safe for small children as it is fully enclosed. The bi-fold shutters fitted on top, can be left closed for extreme privacy or open to admire the stunning ocean views.

The lounge room is bright and cosy and flows on to the balcony. The lounge room has a large lounge suite, a wall mounted 42" Plasma TV, DVD player, as well as a stereo for your entertainment.
The inclusion of a fold-out ottoman in the lounge area accommodates two extra guests.

The master bedroom with adjoining ensuite is completed with a corner spa bath and separate shower.
This ensuite also serves as a two-way bathroom.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a TV. It leads onto the balcony.
The second bedroom allows you to have the option of king bed or 2 single beds as required. It is next to the powder room.
The powder room consists of a toilet and basin.
The internal laundry is equipped with a top loader washing machine and clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.

The Oasis complex is complimented by an in-ground swimming pool...which is just 30m from your front door...very convenient for kids, especially if you wish to avoid the busy resort pools!!!
You are also welcome to use the resort pools on the island, only a 2 min drive in your buggy!

"SOME ADDED BONUSES" IN YOUR PRICE INCLUDE:
* Bottle of champagne on arrival for stays of 7 nights or more.
* Beach towels are supplied for your convenience - just bring your swimmers and, sunscreen...of course.
* Kitchen/ bathroom supplies: A complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, washing detergents, washing powder and soaps are supplied.
* If you are travelling with a baby, a portacot (with linen), and highchair are provided at no extra cost at all.

Oasis 13 has its own 4- seater EZGO electric buggy with seat belts for your use during your stay. Valued at $85 per day if you had to hire one!
All you need to do is plug it in each night.
Drivers must hold a valid drivers license. Proof of license is required. Please note buggy can only carry 4 people.

Valet return Hamilton Island Airport transfers. Look for the sign with your name on it!
Check in: Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina are taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. A 2pm check is applied in most cases. Check out: strictly 10am: The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will discuss this with you on your arrival.

Oasis 13 is located on the northwestern side and offers spectacular views overlooking Henning and Dent Islands.
It is in a quiet location up on a hillside.
This apartment is ideally situated, just a short distance from the marina, restaurants and boutiques and the New Yacht club. In fact, it is only a 5 minute walk or a 1 minute buggy ride to the front street, and approx a 3 min buggy ride to the beach.

Panorama 2 is a renovated deluxe double storey townhouse.

The spa was amazing and getting Coles to deliver was a lifesaver...prices are a little dear on the island.. the pool is 50 steps from the door and we were the only ones in it!!   • "From the moment I contacted Laurence to check availability of the property she was the ultimate professional. She always replied to my emails promptly and in no time we had booked Oasis 13. The photos were accurate and the property looks as light, airy, and clean as the images suggest. There is everything available you would possibly need - even a teapot and an espresso coffee pot (stove top) so we didn't go without our morning brew. The enclosed balcony was just divine to sit and have breakfast or have a glass of bubbly watching the sunset. I highly recommend Oasis 13 and we will definitely be returning in coming years."

One thing... in the main bedroom there was a very badly leaking airconditioner. it seems to have been doing it for some time as it has damaged the bedside table near the legs.. Thanks !"
